For the first time, Famille Brumont and Lou Palancot' join forces to create an immersive evening celebrating two family-run estates united by the same pursuit of excellence.
Throughout the evening, discover the Wagyu × Blonde d'Aquitaine breeding programme, meet the farmers behind this unique project, then enjoy a wood-fired dinner where every cut of beef is paired with a selection of Brumont wines.
Programme
5:00 pm - Lou Palancot' (Ju-Belloc)
Visit the farm and meet brothers Joris and Thomas Saint-Martin, who will introduce their Wagyu × Blonde d'Aquitaine breeding project.
7:00 pm - Château Montus
Guided cellar tour and wine tasting hosted by Antoine Veiry, discovering the philosophy, vineyards and iconic wines of Famille Brumont.
8:30 pm - Château Bouscassé
Wood-fired banquet served in the Philosophical Gardens, featuring Wagyu beef and the finest local produce, paired with a selection of Brumont wines.
