Gascon Brunch
From the start of the week, offer you an hearty and friendly time with our typical Gascon's"brunch" in the heart of Château Bouscassé's gardens!
- Treat yourself with eggs from our Astarac Black Chickens, taste delicatessen from local Black Pork (black blood pudding, ventresca, coppa ...), enjoy ripened cheeses, homemade country terrine and pastries ... accompanied by Alain BRUMONT's wine on The Gascony range.

Hot Air Balloon Flight Over the Brumont Vineyards: Rise Above Our Terroirs
Treat yourself to a timeless escape — a moment of elevation and awe at sunrise or sunset.
From the sky, take in the mosaic of our terroirs, with vineyards, rolling hills, and the majestic Pyrenees as your backdrop. A gentle flight that invites you to connect with the landscape that gives life to our exceptional wines.
Before or after the flight, dive into the full Brumont experience:
A guided visit of the historic underground aging cellar at Château Bouscassé — a unique architectural creation by Edmond Lay — and its French formal gardens.
Immerse yourself in the visionary philosophy of Alain Brumont, the man behind the region's revival, who brought new life to the Tannat grape and crafted a distinctive winemaking style.
Your journey concludes with a guided tasting of our signature cuvées, paired with a brunch or a relaxed aperitif that showcases the authentic flavors of our land.
