In Montus and Bouscassé, come and discover the local produce markets every day from 10am to 5pm in partnership with Le Noir de Bigorre, La Poule Noire d'Astarac Bigorre and the JGO Toulouse.

Throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday: visit to the maturing cellars and the Tannat cathedral, one of the most beautiful cellars in France.

From 10.30 am: Guided tours and discovery of the gardens of Bouscassé (30min)Visit of the first underground cellar in the South-West of France, designed by Edmond LAY, a famous architect whose work is recognised as being of high heritage value. Stroll through the vegetable garden, the Philosophical Gardens and the contemplative garden decorated with sculptures of pollarded trees, symbols of nature protection.

Animated by the French Academy of Ham, a tasting and interpretation of the ham vintages of 24, 36 and 48 months of maturing will take place. Demonstration of cutting in the service of taste, culture and the art of living in the past.
